I would give these ladies a 10 out of 5 if it were possible. I'm a very self-conscious shopper so sometimes it takes me a while to figure out what I'm looking for. Katherine (I believe was her name?) was so patient with me. Also, they had the best selection I've seen yet. Highly recommend!!!

Jing assisted us in the selection of a wedding dress. She was refreshingly courteous and accommodating. Unlike other bridal gown places we'd shopped, Swan Bridal was a very pleasant experience and reasonable. This please is truly a hidden gem!

After going to 5 other bridal boutiques in the area I was so exhausted and convinced that I would never find “the one” because there were so many dresses I liked but felt like there was still something missing. On a whim, I decided to look at one more place before settling on something and I’m so glad that I did. Jane was so helpful and after looking through pictures of different dresses I liked she came up with excellent selections to try on and I finally found The One!!! Best of all it was at an affordable price and without having to compromise the elegant lace detail and beading that I had always imagined. I would definitely recommend Swan Bridal if you are looking for the dress of your dreams.

Let me start by just saying that I am getting married in 6 weeks and she was able to pull that out of the game, never questioned me why I was so late on finding my dress ( not like other places ). all the dresses( a lot of selections and amazing prices ) she picked for me were the ones I initially described to her , she picked every detail. I don‘t have enough words to describe how great Swan Bridal was, and I was able to say YES !!!! to my wedding dress, I will have it in two weeks. Thank you so much Swan Bridal and Jane !!!!

So happy I came across Swan Bridal! They have such a wide variety of styles and designers. I’m not exactly the easiest person to impress, but I can’t rave about this place enough. Catherine was so sweet and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this hidden gem! I said YES to the DRESSSSS and can’t wait to walk down the aisle in my Eddy K designed wedding dress!

The saying goes that you always pick something that you never thought you would, same goes here. I am an extremely Type A individual; I'm planning everything for the wedding myself and I always know what I want...except for this dress. I came in with at least 15 pictures of the same style of wedding gown: mermaid and lace. I tried on 7 dresses, one of which I actually did love. Jane says, "I think you should try on that one I showed you on the rack" and typical me responds with "I just don't think it's 'me' ". Three more lace mermaid dresses later, she leaves to go get the dress...and it's THE DRESS. She knew. Jane is incredible. She is very knowledgeable about wedding gowns and body types and makes excellent recommendations for your figure! She is also extremely generous and worked with me on expenses as I was under a very tight budget. This was the first and ONLY bridal boutique I went to. I actually canceled an appointment later that day with another shop because I loved this dress and Jane so much. GO to Swan Bridal! They really care and their gowns are beautiful!

I went to one other bridal store before coming to Swan Bridal. It is a smaller store, but they still have a great selection. Jane worked with me, and she was so great! I found a dress that I absolutely love!! She was able to get it ordered in really quickly, which is perfect! Literally, it will come in about 6 weeks after I bought it! They were also very accommodating for a large fun group of women that came along with me!! I had such a great experience and would totally recommend this place!!
