Swan Bridal No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Please understand that our appointment times are scheduled to allow us to take care of each individual bride's needs during the visit. Since appointments with Swan Bridal are in high demand, we value advance notice from our customers who are unable to keep their scheduled appointments.
In an effort to decrease unnecessary costs and to contain our fees, we maintain a No Show/Cancellation Policy for all our customers. To promote efficient access to our boutique, we require a security deposit of $30 when an appointment is scheduled. Any appointment that is no longer needed or unable to be kept must be canceled more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be done over the telephone or email or text directly to one of our scheduling professionals. The $30 security deposit will be fully refunded to the customer if the customer shows up on time or cancels more than 48 hours in advance before the starting time of the scheduled appointment.
In the event an appointment is missed without any notice 48 hours in advance before the starting time of the scheduled appointment, a $30 charge will be applied.
This policy is in effect for all appointments at our boutique. Again, no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged $30.
If the customer doesn’t show up or doesn’t give the boutique any notice of late arrival within 15 minutes after the starting time of the appointment, the slot will be reopened to other customers on the waiting list.
Finally, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review this agreement with the counsel of your choosing. This agreement shall be valid and enforceable for five years from Swan bridal’s last date of service to you.
I have read and understood these policies. I also authorize Swan Bridal to charge my card for $30 of security deposit and the security deposit will not be refunded if I don’t show up on time or don’t cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
